I lived in Hawaii for some time and this place took me back to my happy place. I loved the food when I was there and this was a slice of Ohana, Mahalo!!!! I haven't had malasadas since I left, so yummy!!!!

Found this place when i stopped by the area. Happy its so close to my house. Ive always loved L&L and they never skimp on the amount of food they give you. My favorite is the chicken katsu curry, absolutely delicious. If you are in the west reno area, stop by.

The staff was friendly enough, but no smiles or welcoming demeanor. You could tell they didn't want to really be there. My only big complaint is how long you have to wait for the food even though it was not busy. The wait time was equivalent to a restaurant on a busy Friday night with one chef. However, once I took a bite of that food, I didn't care. I'd go back and put myself to some more ho hum moods and sit and wait while reading emails just to taste their awesome foods with great portions.

Absolutely great food. The Chicke. KATSU IS A MEAL MADE FOR THE GODS. Zues himself weeps tears of pure ecstacy with each bite his teeth can barely handle of such pure perfection. You have bot lived until you dine among the GODS by having chicken katsu from L&L Hawaiian

There was an issue with their ordering system but they were extremely helpful and polite about it and I only had to wait another 10 minutes and my food was ready, I go to this l&l all the time and it's my favorite one in Reno, 10/10 service and food

The food is so freaking good. I used to get their loco moco all the time back when I ate meat. Now I get the garlic shrimp. I would go way more often if they made an impossible burger loco moco.

Love this place! Food is authentic and delicious. Have been here a couple of times and it is definitely one of the best food spots in Reno. The Kalua Pork is fantastic. The Chicken Katsu is on point, the teriyaki chicken is fantastic, and I love the mac salad. Rice is cooked well also. I would highly recommend stopping in. The atmosphere is clean and laid back and the staff are super nice and welcoming.

The price to portion ratio is amazing! You really get what you paid for in terms of both amount and quality. On top of the friendly staff, this place is definitely one to revisit in the future.
